偷路邊排氣管　警調閱監視器逮賊

新北市1名20歲陳姓男子夥同18歲呂姓男子，兩人共乘一部機車，行經中和區立人街，由陳嫌在巷口把風，呂嫌持自備螺絲起子拆卸路邊機車的排氣管，2人擔心遭警方查緝，還利用口罩將騎乘機車的車牌擋住，中和一警分局秀山派出所獲報沿途調閱監視器昨天將2人約談到案。

呂嫌被捕後供稱，陳嫌當時有幫忙把風，但並非由他指使，偷竊的排氣管是自己機車排氣管壞了，才會偷竊路邊機車的排氣管；訊問後依竊盜罪法辦。（潘志偉／新北報導）
