捷運運行時車廂好吵？台北捷運：全世界軌道皆然

台北市議員何志偉接到民眾投訴，捷運車廂內行進噪音太大，對此，台北捷運公司說，列車鋼輪與鋼軌接觸產生磨擦聲響的物理現象，全世界軌道皆然。

北捷指出，目前列車內及軌道磨擦聲響，雖不適用「噪音管制法」，北捷平時即依軌道維修排程及車廂內噪音監控結果，適時安排鋼軌研磨、電聯車輪緣潤滑、電聯車鋼輪車削及視狀況調整營運模式等作業，以降低曲線段列車行車音量。

北捷指出，列車經過地下隧道大彎曲度軌道的時間相對短暫，平時即以鋼軌研磨、電聯車輪緣潤滑、電聯車鋼輪車削及視狀況降低車速等方式，讓車內音量儘量下降，但因地形因素，音量仍會較直線軌道高。
