我剛用不久8591 我這地區的8591代理店不做生意了他叫我到全家或萊爾富儲值
我看到這網址:

那接下來要怎儲值

我要買的是帳號是要先下標才能到萊爾富儲值嗎還是也可以儲值完在下標
還有開專屬是什麼意思
