農民團體納入勞基法　後年元旦起適用

【陳嘉恩／台北報導】勞委會上月底召開委員會議通過讓受僱律師和農民團體受僱勞工適用《勞基法》，享有基本工資、工時、休假等規範，原本兩行業預訂在明年4月納入適用，勞委會今表示，因農委會需配合修正現有農漁會人事管理辦法和《農田水利會人事管理規則》等法規，因此農民團體適用《勞基法》的時間點將訂在後年1月1日起適用，有2.6萬人受惠。

至於7500名受僱律師則仍預計在明年4月1日起適用《勞基法》。勞委會說，近期內也會針對大廈管理委員會受僱者和私立學校非編制內職員納入《勞基法》進行法制作業；至於尚未納入《勞基法》的主要業別僅剩受僱醫師與家事勞工，勞委會將持續與衛福部持續協商受僱醫師的人力調整，家事勞工則會另立專法來保障，目前草案已送在行政院。
