標題[問題] 新工作的薪資明細遲給有陰謀?

一般來說 不知道大家的薪資結構是怎麼計算的 幾次的工作經驗 本薪多少 就該明細出現多少差距至少也不會太大 這次新工作一個多月 剛這月領上月薪資 遲遲未拿到薪資條 只收到信件會遲給 等了快半個月 詢問公司才補寄 發現本薪寫的不是談的薪水 是兩萬多 加了6千多總的津貼和職務加級 有點覺得怪怪 剛好也在詢問公司明細後 突然主管對我態度突然 配合上他的期待 效率..開始嫌 人資是老闆自己人 請問若是看到這樣的明細是否正常? 是否該問清楚人資或助理這是否算錯? 該用怎麼樣的態度? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 219.84.219.139 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1403889151.A.B33.html
