關於手機無法充電

本人是大學生，目前住外面
我之前用Sony Tx 在家裡就常常充不到電
可是有時候睡醒又是充飽
通常充電時都會顯示電量消耗大於充電速度
我就沒想太多
我女友是htc的手機可是他的卻都充得進去
後來他給我他的插頭跟線我的手機能夠充電成功的次數大大的上升(最近又下降了)

昨天我朋友給我一隻她保養不錯的i phone 4s
我在回家途中在統聯客運上用車上的充電裝置充很快很快
回家後充沒想到我的i phone也是一樣充不進去反而電一直變少
但是用行充卻充得進去4s

想請問這樣是我這兩支手機問題還是房東插座啥插座供應電壓的錯誤@@?
