小妹是剛從碩班畢業的新鮮人，近期利用人力銀行來找工作 應徵職務以資訊助理，行銷企劃助理為主 原本履歷放的是生活大頭照，且以電腦作為背景 一天下來有滿多家公司會查看我的履歷，或是通知我去面試，自己投的公司也有邀請面試 後來身旁友人以及網路上的建議都傾向以放證件大頭照較佳 為此特地再去拍過證件照來放履歷，希望看起來會較為專業點，缺點是拍起來較不好看 自從放上證件照後，查看我履歷的公司以及通知我面試的公司迅速大幅減少~屈指可數！ 在此想請問，HR在人力銀行查看眾多求職者履歷時，最先看到的是大頭照，接著才是觀看 完整履歷嗎? 放證件照真的有比較好嗎？ 還望各位大大的解惑，十分感激！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 111.249.71.102 ※ 文章網址: http://www.ptt.cc/bbs/Salary/M.1412686615.A.E20.html
