我是一個需要睡滿9小時才會覺得足夠的人,

但是我的工作常常要輪夜班,尤其換班的時候

「調時差」是相當痛苦!

有時候根本睡不著!我平常也都有在運動,

但是效果不彰,喝補充精神的提神飲料好嗎?

拜託有試過的人請給我建議。
