抱女友睡升旗　「聞油頭」舔乳不起訴

沈姓花美男與女友相擁入眠，忍不住「升旗」，還舔吸女友酥胸，事後被女友告強制猥褻，台北地檢署昨將沈男不起訴。

今日出版的《自由時報》報導，檢方調查，今年1月3日沈男到女友住處過夜，女方擔心被「破處」，要求沈睡地板。早上沈男以天冷為由，徵得同意爬上床，下體頂住女友股溝，還撫摸、舔吸女友胸部，事後被告強制猥褻。台北地檢署調查，女方事後曾傳LINE表示，「謝謝你抱我睡覺時，大口吸著我一個禮拜沒洗的油頭味…」認定雙方你情我願，昨將沈男不起訴。（方翊倩／綜合報導）
