非密件公文　柯P有意全部公開

台北市長柯文哲「不要惹我生氣」公文在網路上流傳，北市今天舉行市政會議，柯文哲在會後記者會上表示，未來北市府將建立公文公告準則，除非加密的公文，不然都會儘量對外公告。

柯文哲表示，既然當初決定開放政府、全民參與，就應該秉持公開透明原則，會議記錄沒有涉及機密應該都會公開。

對公文在網路上流傳，柯也透露，每天上午市長會議的會議紀錄，會後都會寄給所有北市府10職等以上官員，讓他們了解政策執行方向及市長室討論了什麼，既然寄給100多人難免就會外流，因此他也沒有很在意為什麼流出去。(陳思豪／台北報導)
