大陸防長訪首爾 談韓陸國防問題

應南韓國防部長官韓民求的邀請，中國大陸國務委員兼國防部長常萬全從今天起對南韓進行為期3天的訪問。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社指出，這是大陸前國防部長曹剛川2006年訪韓以來，大陸國防部長時隔9年再次對南韓進行正式訪問。

報導指出，韓民求和常萬全4日將舉行韓陸國防部長會談，就朝鮮半島安全局勢、北韓核問題、開通雙方國防部間熱線電話、防務交流合作，以及北韓軍的冬季訓練等北韓最新動向深入交換意見。

南韓國防部表示，去年7月雙方在高峰會談結束後發表聯合聲明，提出進一步充實彼此戰略合作夥伴關係的未來願景。這次在首爾舉行韓陸國防部長會談，是為了在軍事領域發展合作夥伴關係。

據報導，韓陸自2007年起開始商討在雙方國防部間開通熱線電話事宜。熱線電話將有利於雙方在北韓和朝鮮半島問題上及時、緊密溝通。
