疑內線交易 萬國董座遭約談

國內行李箱製造龍頭萬國通路公司董事長謝明振，被懷疑在公司利多消息釋出前，買進自家股票，涉嫌內線交易；櫃買中心發現萬國通路股價異常通報金管會，台南地檢署昨天搜索公司並約談謝等4人，檢察官漏夜偵訊中。該公司表示絕無不法。

萬國通路2011年7月響應政府「鮭魚返鄉」，董事長謝明振與台南市政府簽訂投資意向書，並在隔年9月當時的行政院長陳冲到該公司參訪時表示，2013年將以12億元投資台南歸仁新廠，完工後產能增加60%，提供上千人就業機會。

南檢表示，金管會發現在2011年間，有一名副理和一名員工共買入該公司183張股票，在重大訊息發布前賣出，獲利24萬元，疑似謝以兩名員工名義買股獲利。
