WTO貿易便捷化協定 將貢獻1兆美元

世界貿易組織（WTO）160個會員國27日同意執行去年在峇里島達成的劃時代全球貿易協定，也是該組織成立19年來第一個全球貿易改革配套措施。

WTO通過的貿易便捷化協定（the Trade Facilitation Agreement,TFA），將簡化海關檢查和邊界通關程序，使貿易往來更便捷，估計可為全球經濟貢獻1兆美元，創造1千200萬個工作機會。

TWO會員國通過去年底在峇里島達成的「峇里套案」中的兩份文件，一為貿易便捷化協定，另一為有關糧食儲備的管理。

由於印度在今年7月拒絕簽署有關糧食儲備的文件，除非印度的糧食儲備能免於遭到懲罰。

印度的糧食儲備和對窮人的糧食補貼，違反現有的WTO規則。本月初印度與美國達成協議，解決雙方在這方面的爭執，排除執行「峇里套案」的最後障礙。
