南韓：可考慮兩韓合辦平昌冬奧

南韓媒體報導指，南韓江原道知事（相當於省長）崔文洵就舉辦2018平昌冬奧會指出，南韓可考慮由兩韓分別舉辦部分賽事。

南韓聯合新聞通訊社指出，崔文洵表示，北韓國際奧會（IOC）委員張雄已提分別舉辦冬奧會。

不過江原道政府另指出，北韓的馬息嶺滑雪場是否符合國際標準，還有住宿、交通等問題都需要審慎考慮，並主張兩韓可共組代表隊參加平昌冬奧。

報導說，但崔文洵曾表示，由於所剩時間無幾，若今年年內談不成的話，兩韓共組代表隊的可能性十分渺茫。
