訓練相對音感(抓歌)

我碰bass一年多
我理解樂理的方法是用首調唱名法
就是抓到他的調性之後就用do.re.mi(簡譜1.2.3)來抓歌
因為已經玩了一年多流行歌的基本進行和弦我也知道一些很芭樂的
例如大調有1>6>4>5, 1>5>6>3>4>3>2>5, 1>3>4>5
小調有6>4>1>5, 6>5>4>3, 4>5>1>6 ...之類的

但是我的聽力總卡在"只會聽進行"的階段
如果bass來個一大串的過門我要聽好幾遍
而且還不一定每個都對有時候過門太快都糊在一起
自己也有試過哼出我聽到的那一串但哼到最後抓出來越抓越偏

我對於那種"一串"的東西抓歌能力很弱
我最近嘗試在抓主唱(主旋律) 主要是想訓練自己對音的變化率有足夠反應速度

請問我訓練抓主旋律有助於我在抓bass的過門嗎?
會不會我抓主唱抓一陣子只對高的音有反應阿@@?
