農曆新年問題

請問各位棧友,
我一行5人在農曆新年期間來台中4日3夜,有以下問題請問一下 :

1) 台中2月的天氣是不是雨季?
2) 在農曆新年期間,各夜市(例如:逄甲夜市/中華夜市)還會開嗎?
3) 台中的1月至2月是不是有櫻花看 , 可以介紹一下嗎?
