希拉蕊一場大學演講30萬美元

華盛頓郵報26日報導，美國前國務卿希拉蕊柯林頓在2013年卸下國務卿之職後，曾接下數十場索價極高且要求高規格待遇的演講，以她赴洛杉磯加州大學的演講為例，她的價碼是30萬美元（約台幣900萬元）。

華郵最近取得的洛杉磯加大官員與希拉蕊方面的通聯電郵，顯示加大曾詢問希拉蕊的代表：「可否給公立大學打個折？」加大獲得的回應是：「30萬美元就是『大學特別價』。」

華郵說，希拉蕊的許多演講費都進了非營利的「柯林頓家族基金」。但有批評者指出，這麼高的演講費可能會在未來希拉蕊競選總統時，阻礙她的「為平民發聲」的形象。
