如何上函館山？超急~救命

連2天纜車因強風停駛，登山巴士只運行到11月底，如果不考慮計程車，請問大家是否還有方式上山？超急~今日有效，因為明天要離開了~我哭
登山巴士，在11月初之後都是運休！

所以唯一方式是纜車，再來就是計程車。

而且現在看官網的網路攝影機，大霧下雪！應該可以不用上去了！
