天氣晴朗，基隆市的投開票所十分熱烈，基隆市長候選人林右昌，一大早八點多由夫人吳秋英陪同，前往四維里里民活動中心投票。

林右昌表示，昨晚好好的睡了一覺，投票日難得好天氣，呼籲市民踴躍出門投票，將寶貴一票投給心中理想的人選。

心情顯得輕鬆愉悅的林右昌表示，競選團隊已經盡最大努力，只能等待市民最後的選舉結果。
