美國2名菲律賓籍男護士，在照顧高齡99歲中風病患時，突然性慾高漲，就在病人面前撫摸下體調情。

據英國《鏡報》報導，42歲托爾阿巴（Russel Torralba）和43歲魯伊斯（Alfredo Ruiz）在病房照顧老婦人，竟然互相猥褻撫摸。

2011年老婦人的家人告知醫院，隨後2名男護是遭到警方逮捕，他們表示，並沒有忽略病人，而且老婦人一定不知道他們在幹嘛。

最後法官判2人對老婦人造成精神痛苦罪，但褻和淫蕩行為罪，將在下個月30日判刑。
