Autocad 3/4 立體月餅怎麼畫?

我現在畫了一個立體月餅分別為
Layer 1 上餅皮(圓柱體)
Layer 2 芝麻(n個立體圓)
Layer 3 夾心(圓柱體)
Layer 4 下餅皮(圓柱體)

現在我只要保留3/4個月餅, 1/4個月餅要消失不見或透明或另外放在別層
之後轉45度角能夠看到月餅橫切面的內容(像是半顆芝麻(立體圓))
另外物件不需要貼材質透明即可

這樣Autocad怎麼畫??

PS: 我想到我乾脆把1/4月餅內的所有東西, 放在layer5, 之後關掉layer5即可,
不過我不曉得怎麼把多個layer2的立體圓快速弄成layer2+layer5的立體圓
千萬別叫我重畫, 圓挺多的
