公司內裝設監控設備,有違法嗎??(20點)

公司要裝監控設備,因公司內有個收費窗口,而窗口外就是一間客戶休息室,因工作內容所以客戶有時滿多人的.所以要裝監視器在窗口在內部對外監視,還要在窗口處裝監聽設備,想請問因為在休息室客戶在聊天或交談因而被監聽,有違法嗎??
還是說要在休息室貼個告示說"本場所內有裝置監控設備"這樣先告知比較不會違法??
