IC設計威盛(2388-TW)公告去年財報，連續虧損9年，利空衝擊股價表現，股價再跌破票面價，外資也大幅賣超，一周賣超797張，本周股價一路向下走跌，周五跌到8.25元，創下近2年半來新低點。

威盛去年稅後淨損16億元，連續虧損9年，每股稅後虧3.18元，顯示營運轉型仍面臨挑戰，威盛公布財報後股價就面臨空方壓力，跌破票面價也創波段新低。

威盛本周股價外資站在賣方，一周賣超797張，衝擊股價下挫跌到8.25元，創近2年半新低，周KD持續低檔鈍化，股價恐仍有探底壓力。
