毒海帶風暴恐擴大！高雄檢調昨公佈潘姓海帶業者在製程中違法使用工業用的碳酸氫銨、硫酸鋁銨，其工廠已全面封存，並全面回收其下游49家傳統市場攤商的毒海帶；衛福部食品藥物管理署南區管理中心副主任劉芳銘今指，衛生局會同檢調追查賣給潘姓業者工業原料的達鑫食品原料及化工行銷售記錄後，發現也有賣給台中市、屏東縣的海帶業者，目前正在釐清業者是否在製程中使用工業原料，今天稍晚將公佈調查結果。

他說，潘姓業者將依《食品安全衛生管理法》可處7年以下有期徒刑，且還將面臨6萬～2億元罰鍰，全案移送檢調偵辦。若台中市、屏東縣業者也違法，將一併移送法辦。（蔡明樺／台北報導）
