雙城論壇 柯P：8月較恰當

隨著台北市長柯文哲上任後，台北、上海雙城論壇舉辦與否，引發外界關注。對此，柯文哲今受訪時表示，雙城論壇舉辦的時間，需要雙方協商，現在才開始準備，六月舉辦恐怕來不及，但自己還是希望是在議會休會期間舉辦，看起來是八月比較恰當。

柯文哲表示，會先派市府高層去上海送信，五月再派副市長去談，但目前雙方都還沒針對論壇內容、時間做協商，若要像往年一樣，在六月舉辦，恐怕是來不及。
