隱私 逾2萬德人要求谷歌除資

（中央社記者林琳柏林14日專電）自從歐盟最高法院5月間裁決，歐洲人有權要求Google移除搜尋引擎中的個人資料，已有2萬5206位德國人向Google提出要求，約佔全數訴請的14萬6357位歐洲人的17%。

Google最近公佈的透明報告（TransparencyReport）顯示，德國人特別重視網路時代的個資保護。憑藉歐盟最高法院裁決的「被遺忘權」，提出要求的德國人多半已獲得Google回應，而他們要求移除的資料出現的8萬8973個網頁，已經有3萬5861個網頁被移除，相當於總數的47%。

Google向德國媒體說明，被移除的網頁有不少和社群網站臉書（Facebook）有關。要求移除網頁的人士可能不願意原本是私人之間的資訊交換出現搜尋引擎，因而要求個人的名銜被移除。也有些犯罪案的被害人會要求Google將提到個人姓名的相關新聞報導網移除。

歐盟法院的「被遺忘權」裁決只有對Google歐洲版有效，所以，只有歐洲版會做這方面的網頁的移除。1031014
