完工16年 賽夏族文物館啟用

〔自由時報記者王駿杰／五峰報導〕新竹縣五峰鄉「賽夏族矮人祭場文物館」昨天舉行啟用典禮，館內展示各式賽夏族文物，館外也提供場地給族人舉辦祭典與集會，當地耆老表示，文物館的落成，能凝聚賽夏族群、傳承原有技藝文化，「將是族人最重要的一個集散地」。

由行政院文化建設委員會撥款補助規劃暨文物收集的「賽夏文物館」，於民國八十七年五月完工，卻遲遲沒有取得建照，最後在地方族人奉獻土地、縣府及原住民族委員會等單位推動輔導，終於在前年底順利取得建照，並在近期取得執照。

賽夏文化藝術協會總幹事趙忠正表示，館內展示了許多賽夏族祖先遺留的打獵、農耕等日常用具，希望日後能爭取更多經費，將周邊硬體設備建置得更完善，成為五峰新觀光地標。
