聘500人任學校行政？　北市教局：有困難

許多中、小學的教師不願兼任行政組長，導致行政職都由資淺教師兼任，人事也更換過於快速，《聯合晚報》今報導，台北市擬聘500人專任中、小學行政人員。北市教育局副局長曾燦金回應，今年2、3月時曾討論學校行政人員的專業化問題，這是必要方向，但目前國家財政還是有困難。曾燦金說，目前國小總務處的事務、出納、文書3組組長共有363人，其中236人由一般公務人員擔任，非教師兼任；有些學校則以不同組長或幹事兼任，但這有可能影響其他工作。
 
曾燦金說，學校行政人員換得很快，政府也希望讓行政穩定性強一點；目前採取的措施是加強行政組長知能，例如暑假將舉辦註冊組長研習，並減少不必要的、價值比較低的活動，也提供優先獎勵機制或獎金激勵行政組長久任。（蔡永彬／台北報導）
