ECB限制希臘銀行直接融資能力 歐元跌

歐洲央行周三宣布限制希臘銀行透過抵押希臘債券而取得融資，加強對希臘新政府的壓力。歐元應聲走軟，日圓兌美元也連續第二天收低。

歐洲央行（ECB）昨天在聲明中說：「歐洲央行管理委員會決定，取消對希臘政府發行或完全擔保的有價債務工具的豁免。管理委員會的決定，基於目前無法假設該項目得評估能夠成功完成，此決定也符合現行的歐元體系規定。」

一位知情人士稱，除非提高150億歐元短期借款上限，否則希臘可能本月底就出現錢荒。

根據彭博資訊的報價，歐元兌美元周三在紐約收盤跌0.5%至1.1415美元，周二升抵1月22日以來最高水平；日圓兌美元也跌0.1%，報117.52日圓。

追蹤美元兌六種主要貨幣的美元指數，周三收盤漲0.4%，至93.986點。
