信箱手機認證 )急

我要找回之前的信箱
可是密碼忘記了
所以就按忘記密碼 "手機認證"
之前都會有簡訊可是這次一直要我填寫手機號碼
他要我填寫我之前填的手機號碼
一般手機不是都10碼
例如： 0912 345 678
可是他要給我填的是
： 0912 345 _ _ 78
想請問11碼多出來的那碼是要打什麼..
很急著找回密碼因為一堆遊戲都拿不回來 TAT

不知道圖怎麼放不然有圖比較好了解...
