毛揆：禽流感防疫不鬆懈

行政院長毛治國今日在行政院會聽取農委會「禽流感應變作為」報告後表示，為控制疫情，農委會已採行休宰及設置防疫站等相關措施，但整體疫情似尚未趨緩，防疫管理措施是否到位及落實，縣市政府的清場工作是否澈底，應確實達到防疫效果，請農委會配合地方政府，並邀請學者專家研議，仔細查明各防疫環節，以儘速平穩疫情。

針對目前中央政府已三度撥付撲殺補償費用計7.41億元予縣市政府，農委會也要求地方政府在過年前，應將六成補償費撥予受災戶。毛揆於會中責成農委會確實掌握發放情形，使農民於春節前領取部分補償費，並加強管控經費核撥情形。

毛揆指出，「鴨」是保毒禽類，農委會計畫於短期間內完成案例場1公里範圍內所有禽類採樣及檢驗，請農委會儘速於期限內完成相關作業，並就檢驗結果會商產官學專家研提後續防疫措施。
