英格蘭首購族 買工業區新屋享8折優惠

英國英格蘭政府推出「首購族優惠方案」，40歲以下首次購買房屋者，今天起向政府登記，購買閒置工業區的新屋可享八折優惠，希望協助居民擁有房屋，並促進閒置工業區建設。房價能打八折是因為政府對閒置工業區建商放棄徵收每戶45000英鎊（約台幣218萬元）的規費。英格蘭政府說，房屋品質和能源使用效率不因房價便宜而打折，但首購族若五年內轉賣房屋，就要把當年少付的20%房價補給政府。
