標題[請問] 網路頻寬跟測速差很多 又容易斷線

如題想請教各位大大 房東簽了一條100M 整棟40人用 有請網管分配成每人2.5M 但我用HINET測速 下載4.6M 上傳500多K 但我本身使用 下載最高只到近600K 上傳大概60K 而且時不時網路會有點呈現斷線的狀況 應該是流量被塞爆導致 例如原本下載跑500K 突然降到剩5.60K 連PTT都會斷線 照理說有分配頻寬應該不至於這樣? 因為這邊接近科學園區 有在想說是不是住戶有資工高手私下破解頻寬限制 大量下載上傳造成其他人LAG甚或斷線 ISP是 中華電信 向各位大大求解 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc), 來自: 114.40.12.68 ※ 文章網址: https://www.ptt.cc/bbs/ask/M.1425042942.A.F1C.html
